Here are handful of the most commom questions we receive.
A: Absolutely, your children can tell the assistant or you can let the coordinator or assistant know and we will take care of it. Please note that you can come down ANY time while we are at your location, or give us a call if you need to make special arrangements.
A: Yes you can! We just ask that your submit an envelope with each child. Simply the check in one envelope and write a note that this check is covering the other siblings.
A: As a general rule the pictures are returned in two to three weeks. If they are being mailed to your home then this time frame will most often be adhered to, sometimes when coaches are distributing the photos a little more time may be needed due to cancelled practices and games.
A: Its a breeze. You can click on left to reorder pictures and it will walk you through the process. In a nutshell, you just go to a website, enter your personal access code and order. You can also just call the office and someone will do it for you right then on the phone!
A: We are here to make you happy so whatever the case - we'll make it right. If you are not happy with your photo we are more than happy to retake it for you. You can come to the office or we will meet you at a field!
A: First you can look at your envelope that is returned to you with your photos to confirm what you ordered. Then you can give us a call and we will identify the problem and reorder any items needed and mail them to your house.
Q: Do I need to pay for my pictures on photo day?
A: Yes. Payment can be enclosed in your envelope. However, sometimes life happens and if you are in bind just talk to the coordinator or give us a call and we will work something out.
A: You can come down anytime for pictures while we are at your location. In most cases we offer a make up date for pictures and you can always come to the office. As always, just give us a call and we will work with you.
